Ayers Welding & Fabrication was founded in 2014 in the western suburbs of Illinois and in 2018 relocated to Middle Tennessee. With over 15 years experience, owner Bill Ayers has proven work ethic, credibility, and professionalism. AWF offers commercial and residential services and is committed to quality and precision in all that we do. We take pride in our work and believe in the integrity of the pieces. We are passionate about our work and ensure we meet the expectations of all our clients by listening and understanding needs intently.
As Lead Fabricator and Strategist, Bill, has spent the past 10 years supporting companies in project design and providing consultative strategies for better workflow. Bill has a creative, out-of-the-box mindset that allows him to deliver pieces above and beyond clients’ expectations. Previous projects include redesigning blueprints, implementing fabricating designer handrails, fences, gates, and mailboxes, extensive repairs on trailers and architectural pieces, Bill has the art and talent to weld and fabricate anything you can think of.
Project & Design Manager, Karli, has a Masters in Data Science, is certified in Six Sigma methodology, has certificates in Evaluating Impact and Measuring ROI from Cornell University, and over 10 years of experience in data management, reporting, and analytics for fortune 100 companies. She’s spent the last 5 years of her career in strategy, innovation, and project management helping organizations understand inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions to complex problems by leveraging data to tell stories.
